We employ a dynamic pricing strategy where rates can vary and fluctuate based on factors such as occupancy, season, and events in the area. This allows us to offer you the most competitive prices and ensures flexibility in accommodating your needs.
We offer various discount and surcharge options, which can further adjust the room rate depending on your specific needs whilst maintaining a fair balance between the quality of our services and the value provided.

Cancellation and modification:
General conditions: free cancellation deadline with money back guarantee is 14 days prior to arrival. When cancelling within this period or in case of no-show 100% of reserved services apply as penalty.
Special conditions apply for group reservations, for reservations indicating exact room number or reservation in VIP section as well as for non-refundable promotional reservations. When booking non-refundable, modification and cancellation is not tolerated after payment. Details are always clearly available in individual confirmations.
Modifications and cancellations must be duly received and re-confirmed by hotel latest before deadlines set under cancellation terms.
All reservations, modifications and cancellations must be sent to hotel in writing and are valid only upon hotel’s written confirmation.
Payment terms:
100% pre-payment is required for all reservations upon making reservation or latest until deadline set in confirmation of hotel.
Generally 14 days money back guarantee applies (see cancellation terms).
Should you wish to cancel non-refundable reservation yet, paid amount is transferrable to other period or reservation but is not refundable.
Payment security:
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency, euro. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associated.

Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payment, allowing real-time payments with credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods.
Monri WSPay ensures secure entry and transfer of card data both for the customer and the merchant, as evidenced by the PCI DSS certificate held by Monri WSPay. Monri WSPay utilizes a 256-bit SSL encryption certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol to provide the highest levels of protection during data entry and transfer.
In case of reservations placed throughout any third parties same rates and conditions apply however you will receive your confirmation, travel documentations and invoice from the agent you booked with.
