The “Stari Gusar” (old pirate) restaurant offers the delights of international and Croatian cuisine in cozy surrounding with a stunning sea view. In the mornings, you can enjoy a premium buffet breakfast with freshly baked pastries.

From the Grill Terrace, you have a perfect view of the sea. watch the waves, dolphins playing in the distance, and the dishes being prepared on open fire. We hold regularly grilling sessions every week.

What do you offer all day?

  • Morning: Café, Franck coffee with pušurate (local doughnut)
  • During the day: Grilled dishes, thin-crust pizzas, grissini, ice cream
  • Afternoon: Cocktails at the beach bar
  • Evening: Live grilling

What tastes Dalmatian cuisine has?

The Dalmatian culinary trinity: fish, olive, wine – it can be combined in incredible variety. At least two of these are present in every meal. In our restaurants, we prepare dishes from fresh, local ingredients, served with the house wine.

Where do the ingredients come from?

The seafood comes from local fishermen, the vegetables from nearby farmers, and the wines come from the vineyards of Korčula and Pelješac. Fresh every day.
